Kingsteignton Parish Council in conjunction with The Photo Corner successfully applied for and were awarded a grant from the Lottery Awards for All to explore, research and design a printed map (available free - details to be announced) input additional information on-line at the Parish web site and manufacture some "rubbing" posts for on the spot information.

Although the emphasis is on footpaths the information will include the cyclist, especially, with the proposed Sustran route to Newton Abbot and the long awaited Teign Estuary link.

In the meantime walking the paths, making new photographs, liaison with the Teignbridge Ranges and local historians is taking place enthusiastically.

A goal of this project is to encourage some gentle exercise and at the same time get to know corners of the parish and some of it's history that you may not know of - yet?
